1. To find out how many rolls of border you need for a room, measure around the room in feet. Divide it by 15. This provides you with how many rolls you need.
2. It's better to remove old wallpaper before hanging a new one. However, if you do not want the hassle and want to hang over the existing one, you should use 'vinyl to vinyl' adhesive. Otherwise it will not stick.
