1. First find out the square footage of each wall of the room to be covered with wallpaper. This can be done by multiplying wall width by ceiling height.
2. Determine the square footage of the total room by adding the square feet of all walls.
3. Next, divide the total square footage by 25. This will tell you how many single rolls you need.
4. Since wallpaper is sold in double rolls, divide the result you got from step 3 By 2. This will determine how many double rolls you need.
1. Find out the width in a single wall of the room.
2. Repeat the above step for rest of the three walls of the room i.e. determine their individual width.
3. Add the individual width of 4 walls to get total width.
4. Divide the result you got in step 3. by 15 feet. This is because most border rolls have 15 feet (5 yards) per roll.
5. The result you got after dividing is the number of rolls of border you need.
