First panel should be pasted with utmost care since it determines the appearance of the whole mural.
To determine the exact position of the first panel, use plumb-line, ruler and a pencil. It's better to start with the top left panel.

Applying the paste

Do not soak your mural with adhesive. If it becomes too wet, it will break.
Apply the paste first to the wall and then to the mural. Apply the paste uniformly covering the edges.

Installing the mural

The ideal temperature for hanging a mural is 18-20 degree C approximately.
Mural should be hanged in a draft free room.
Since you have already determined the position of first panel, paste the panel carefully.
Stroke the panel gently from center outwards to remove any air bubble.
Place the lower part of the panel according to the lines drawn.
Time period between installation of each panel should not be too long. If it's too long, panel designs will not line up properly.
Once the mural dries, it will contract. So overlap each panel 1/8 Th. of an inch.
Once the mural dries, do the necessary trimming by using a paper knife.

Remove any paste from the front of the mural using soft, slightly damp cloth.

Last step

Step backwards and admire your work.
